1. Service Description

Consensus AI is a free group decision-making tool. Users create temporary rooms, share a code with friends, and swipe through options to reach a group consensus. No account or login is required.

2. No Account Required

The service operates without user accounts. Sessions are identified by anonymous, randomly generated IDs stored in your browser. There is no registration, login, or personal profile.

3. Temporary Data

All room data (votes, participants, results) is temporary and automatically expires within 30 minutes of creation. We do not retain session data after expiration.

4. Third-Party Data

Content displayed in the app (movies, books, restaurants, recipes) comes from third-party APIs including TMDB, NYT Books, Foursquare, and TheMealDB. We do not own or guarantee the accuracy of this content.

5. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
